Meet The FCS Family

Eric and Clayton at FCS have been more than just trainers-they've been true mentors and role models. Their faith in Christ and commitment to excellence have not only shaped me into a better golfer but also a stronger, more grounded person. Their impact on my life is immeasurable, and I'm forever grateful.

Coach Crum and Coach Eric were the first trainers I went to when I was getting back into baseball. They both help me tremendously grow as not only a baseball player but a young man. They showed me what hard work and dedication looked like and with that I was able to apply what I learned both on and off the field. I am forever thankful for both of them and without their guidance and continued support I wouldn't be in the position I'm blessed to be in!

FCS has been more than just a team for me—it’s been a family. Eric and Clayton built something special that pushed me to grow not just as a player, but as a person. The culture, the care, the standard… it all changed my mindset on and off the field. I owe a lot of who I am today to what you both created.

FCS feels like a family, the people in there and the coaches you work with want what's best for you. Everyday in there the mindset is what can I do to be better today. Better athletes and better people as well as better in our faith. It's not just a place to grow as an athlete it's a place where you can go to grow as a person and as a Christian. Working out there has taught me that there's more than just my identity as a baseball player but who I am as a person on and off the field. Coach Clayton and Coach Eric truly care about everyone they work with and do their very best everyday to make you better. FCS teaches consistency and pushing yourself to places you didn't think you could get to as long as you trust the process. I enjoy every second I spend in there and feel like being there has helped me grow in my faith, as a person and as a ballplayer.

FCS has been with me since I was about 12, working out with Eric at the field of champions and northland, pitching with clayton since an under classman in high school. Those guys have blessed me in countless ways. Not just in my athletic performance but through some tough parts of life as well. Clayton was very instrumental in my development and helped mold me. FCS is a huge reason I have made it to the College level and am able to play at Harding University. More importantly, off the field I'm able to call these guys and talk about life and what it means to become a man of God. Not only do I owe most of my achievements on the field to FCS but also know FCS played an integral role in molding me into the man I am today. Whenever I face any kind of trial in life the first people I think to call are Clayton or Eric. Love you guys and am very grateful for FCS.

I played with Clayton Crum with the Rays and immediately began a friendship with him. The same qualities he carried as a team mate are what Clayton and Eric have instilled at FCS. It's bigger than baseball or sports. Sports are the platform, loving people and making them believe in their ability is the goal. FCS feels like family!
