Meet The FCS Family

FCS is more than a gym—it’s a family that strengthens me as a pitcher and a believer. Coach Clayton and Coach Eric ,are my mentors. They taught me to pitch and live with unwavering conviction, focusing on what I can control while maintaining perspective through faith, trusting God’s plan on and off the mound.

Clayton and the staff at FCS are some of the most humble, hardworking, and passionate people in the business. They will always treat you with the upmost respect inside and outside of their facility…like family!

I want to thank FCS for taking me in like family. Opening up there facility to me and allowing me to get better every day! Clayton and Eric always show up in a great mood and ready to work and get better. They truly treat me like I am part of their family!

Clayton and Eric have both been huge inspirations for me and motivational figures for me in my life, not just as an athlete but also as a human and Jesus follower. I know both of them will always have my back and be some of my biggest supporters in not only my athletic career but in anything I do. Grateful is an understatement!

Eric and Clayton at FCS Sports Performance have had a huge impact on my life both in and out of the gym. They're not just elite trainers they're incredible men of faith who put Jesus first in everything they do. As a professional golfer, working with them has helped me keep my body healthy, strong, and ready to perform at the highest level. I'm grateful for their guidance, their friendship, and the way they lead by example.

FCS has been one of the biggest influences/impacts not just only on my baseball career but also on the person I have become today. Firstly I'd like to mention Clayton Crum who has been like a second father too me, I first met Clayton when I was 7 years old at a facility and he has always been the same type of coach/person for the last 11 years. Clayton has always loved to help develop, grow, and build not just baseball players but relationships as well.
